Runway Fashion Show

I am very excited to announce I walked in my first official Runway Fashion Show.  I wore a beautiful gold dress that everybody said was perfect for my long blonde hair.  I got a picture of myself on the phone camera before going on the catwalk that I can post today and I should be getting at least one photo of me walking or posed in the garment I walked in.  The show was pretty well organized and went smoothly.

fashionshow I loved the dress and it fit me perfect!

I had a great time at the show.  My designer was very down to earth and easy going.  She is one of my heroines for taking on models that don’t fit the ‘typical’ mold of 5′8″  In all honesty I think the fashion industry is vastly changing and soon there will be opportunity for all shapes and sizes, but for now I know the tall skinny size zero models will always be employed lol.  They actually do have other fashion runway shows for the not so high fashion sizes.  Just wait, there will be voluptuous full figure women bouncing down the runways making guys forget about the clothing hehe.  But in all seriousness, the show was a great experience and I met a couple new model friends and reacquainted with old model friends

The catwalk was set up at the Barrett Jackson showroom and I could see the car garage from where our designer was set up.  It was really exciting!  They had some pretty sweet cars back there!  If you ask me we got the best spot in the house!  We were right behind the stage too so we did not have to go very far.  It got a little crazy when the owner and shop workers started going through our area to the garage while we were changing for the show, but it was worth it.  It would have been the best thing in the world if I had happened to see my wishlist car from the Barrett Jackson showroom, the 1969 Mustang!  That would have just put me in heaven, my day could not have gotten any better.

It was a great experience and I cannot wait for the next one!

Free Car!

So check this out!  One of my companies has released a new website that tells people about how to drive the car of your dreams for free!  This is not just any car for free, but a luxury car like the Lamborghini or Ferrari - now who can say no to that kind of offer?!  Ok, so I know there are some very interested people and some that think this sounds too god to be true.  Well let me say that this is a reality.

freelambo.com  Visit FREELAMBO.com and enter passcode wealthempowers to see for yourself how great this opportunity really is.

This website was created by a guy who has done exactly that - got to drive the car of his dreams (Lamborghini) for free.  He did not pay a dealership, he did not lease it or rent it.  He did not have some family member who let him borrow it.  He did not even apply for financing!  So how did he do it?!  Watch the video and learn first hand how you can do the exact same thing he did in order to score the car of your dreams.

I was so excited about this I wanted to share it with everybody.  I myself am working toward getting my own Ferrari as my dream car.  Or maybe the McLeran BMW as a Convertible!  I know I said I always wanted a mustang, but if you’re going to get a free car why not go all out and take it to the max?!  I would be perfectly happy to have a Ferrari and my El Camino restored.  Those two cars would be my pride and joy.  You know what’s really funny, I have always planned to have a chauffeur once I was rich enough because I hate riving.  Well if I get my Ferrari (for free) before I get my chauffeur hired I may end up enjoying driving lol.  Better believe my chauffeur wouldn’t be driving my baby, oh no!  I actually imagine myself in limo or those slightly longer cars that aren’t quite limo length but they are longer than other cars.  Until then though, I will be having fun racing all over in a Ferrari ;)  Good times!

300Z

Sad news, the 280Z (actually a 300Z) is out of commission and it will cost more than I want to spend, blew a piston.  I included a picture of it in case anybody is interested in buying it to fix it up.  I already have an El Camino I need to find an engine for and I don’t need more than one project car at a time.  So I have decided instead to start collecting mustangs for my dream collection.  I want at least one from every release period.  I definately want one from 1964 and 2002, I haven’t decided what years I want from the other release periods so I am open to what is available.  Do you have an old mustang you want to sell?  Let me know if you find out about any mustangs for sale, especially 1964 or 2002. If you have any advice on which years or models to stay away from or aim for, tell me!  I have been told that the 1974-1978 era was a flop and I should stay away from them.  I may still get one later anyway to have comparison of mustang’s worst and best, but for now I want good cars that will work.  Keep me informed of what you see that is available…..

El Camino

My dad is passing on his Chevrolet El Camino to me because he bought a new full ton Chevy truck. It was supposed to be my first car when I got my license, but the last mechanic that worked on it did more harm than good and now it may need a new engine.  Unfortunately, it has been sitting for so long now that the wheels look like they are bending outward.  If I hadn’t stopped him, my dad was going to trade in the El Camino but I begged him to keep it for me.  I mean, how often do you see those older model cars now, a 1969 Chevy is a classic now and so much better then those Ford Rancheros :-p  Sorry Ford lovers, I just don’t like the Ranchero, but don’t hate me for that.

So now, I need help restoring a 69 El Camino.  Hehe, with 69 its gotta be fun!  But really it is going to be lots of work.  Rather than going to any regular mechanic and risking more damage to my classic, I am in the market for a mechanic that knows older cars, talk to me…………post comment if you know of an engine I can use or someone that has experience with classics…

My brother just got into an accident with his 280Z. I’m so sad, I want that car! It wasn’t too bad, just dinged up one corner. My dad got a deal on two of them that were pretty worn out and gave the tan one to my brother when he got his license and my mom got the blue one. Both of them need engine work, but the blue one cannot run at the moment. If only he would have given one to me…I have an idea, maybe I can talk my brother into switching cars with me since my car runs better.  If he does I will need help restoring a 280Z also. Keep your fingers crossed for me…
