Don’t be shy, come be my friend!

Hey all I did more work on my fairy project, spent most of the day taking more pictures yesterday.  I am working with a new photographer to finish this project and he is amazing.  He does great work, is fun to work with, and is a rarity in that he takes good care of his models.  Too many times I hear stories of photographers using the models’ time and not paying her, whether in images or money she should get something for her time.  Yes, unfortuantely, there are photographers out there who will not even provide images to the models of the work they have done.  It is one thing to not get images and get paid instead, but to not get anything is unacceptable!  Seeing our images is the best way to learn and improve, see where we can adjust this or that to enhance the pose next time.  So let me rave about how great Dave Traux is about getting images to you in a very timely matter and he is a natural at getting a good image.  I know you may raise your eyebrows thinking its just luck, well yes, in a sense photography is about luck in being ready for that right moment, but he has the eye for it.  I see other photographers with all this fancy equipment and huge lighting gadgets, but still they cannot capture a decent image.  I am glad I am getting to work on this again because I get to have more fun with it since it is my project!  At first I wanted to wait until I was completely done and post the images all at once in a new gallery, but after today I am realizing this is an ongoing thing and may never end if I keep coming up with different looks - which is likely since I love to shop :-)  So here is it and I have started adding some good images from the first shoot I worked on this theme.  I will continue to post throughout the week to get everything I currently have uploaded for your viewing pleasure.  Be sure to keep checking that gallery as it will always be growing and I may not always tell you ;-)  I am sure you will like what I am doing and you are always welcome to tell me what you want to see if I don’t have it - or even tell me if you want to see more of something.  Some galleries I already have plans to continue working on, but some seem much more full than others (ie. cowgirl), lol.  In fact I think I shrank that album twice because I had so many more images from that photoshoot than any other one.  Nowadays I am more picky about the images I use so you see a variety instead of so many similar images of the same thing.  Anyway,  keep checking back to see more images posted to the Fairies Gallery, this one will probably be updated regularly.  This is the first image I posted, for those of you who know me on myspace you may recognize this one …

Remember when I wrote about the Wealthy Warrior seminar I was going to hosted by T.
